In 30 to 33 Budget You may end up buying in litigation area, otherwise you can try bad Locations which Suits you Best. These will be Opposite water tank or Facing Sector Shop, still Less preferred can be near Village. Or near or facing Graveyard, If I would have such Budget limitations then I will go for these bad locations having better approach than litigation areas.
Litigation areas are less preferred as due to huge areas of litigation DHA might not have so many reserve plots for relocation, and all fate revolves around resolution of these litigations,
If You buy on so called bad location then you should be Clear that you are ready to make home there such plot usually are not sold easily. That is why these are cheaper.
Needs less to say that an average DHA 7 Plot on Clean area is 40 lac |
