DHA Ph 9 files availability and dev, charges,

Aoa everyone.
This is my first post on this forum. First of all I would like to congratulate CMY sb and all members for such fruitful info.
I would like to know if Ph 9 files are available in the market and any idea about the dev charges? and the dev charges will be in installments or lump sum? kindly reply. Thanks!

Currently DHA Lahore phase 9 files are available at 16.70 lacs. Transfer cost is Rs 1.2 lacs paid to govt and DHA Lahore.

Development charges are expected to by 10 to 12 lacs but will not have to paid now. They will be paid after ballot is held and paid in three years in installments.

Its my first post on this fourm,tnx Mr CMY for ur all help n guidlines,these r very helpfull for every Pakistani,i wnt 2 ask about the worth of my plot in phase 9 its 8 marla in A block near main BA,n plz also tell wht is the scope of this investment,grtfull
