Thanks for all your support in DHA Lahore. I have applied for 5 plots in DHA Phase IX but got nathing, God knows better why ...
I want it ask you about Bahria Sector D, I want to invest for my children future for next 3-6 years.
Do you suggest Sector D is it good investment, prices gonna go up I have no plan to live is just to invest for future.
How can i confirm the plot from hee, i live in USA.

If you have cash try to go for on ground ready developed plots with development charges included. If you cant pay cash than on installments Bahria Town sector D is a good / better option for Multan road side housing schemes.

I THINK EDENGARDENS EXTENSION 5 MARLA INVESTEMTN IS BETTER THAN DHA 5 MARLA, BOTH R ON SAME LOCATION BUT EDEN POSSESSION AND DEVELOPMENT IS IN NOW DELIVERY RANGE WHEREAS, DHA DELIVERY AND POSSESSION+DEVELOPMENT MIGHT TAKE DECADE.SECONDLY EDENGARDEN PRICES R FAR LOW THAN DHA. I ALSO THINK THAT EDEN LOCATION AND APPROACH IS BETTER THAN DHA. |

I agree with Mr. Shahid Khan coments. But is the current status of Eden Garden Infrastructure Developement I mean how many % it completed until now then we can decide. Eden are also two types and you can differenciate between them by their telephone numbers. Arshad Choudry Amjad Choudry . Both are flowing in same condition. Collect money and get profit up to 5 year and then do little Infrastructure to get positive response and sleep again for further some years. When they sold their products mentioned period 18 months but never give you possession in that period. DHA is also doing same. |
