I have two plots in Phase 7 R Sector. Is it good time to sell them or you foresee more gains in near future.
If I sell them now where you suggest I should re-invest the money in DHA Lahore.

R block have seen lot of gain as people can see for long time its ready for possession any time. It will gain on possession but just little amount as those gains expected on possession are already built in.
I think its worth to wait till possession.
