I just want to know that which of the following investment is good:
1. Phase 9 1K File
2. NFC Phase-II 1 Knal plot

Both are good investments But NFC is stand still at this time, If they will do more development only then it will improve in price,
DHA 9 is Good Try to get it after exactly 15 days you might be able to save one or 2 Lacs.
Phase 9 File is also easy to sell if you need to offload quickly |
