Dear Friends,
I have a 1 kanal plot in DHA Phase 7 near 191V and as per the new map the village in sector V is visible and i don't think in future there is any chance that DHA get rid of this village. My plot is not situated in the village. I just want to know that is it a wise decision to hold this plot or sell it and invest in some other blocks.
Please also tell me the current price of my plot.

This plot can be sold at Rs 48 lacs. It is not a location to keep or to make a house. Please sell this plot asap.
