It is now confirmed from DHA Lahore all possession plots from DHA Lahore phase 1 to phase 6 will be transferred only after making full payment to DHA Lahore. Installment benefit was only for current owners and not the new buyers. A buyer must pay full amount to DHA Lahore and also pay profit amount to seller ( If any before transfer) .
DHA6 MB plots profit took a great hit of 25 lacs today alone as holders dont have enough funds to pay installments and no buyers willing to pay this large all amount at transfer. MB6 own is expected to fall greatly in near future as many deals were done by dealers/buyers expecting plots will be transferred on installments.

I am happy to take this plot from your seller. If he want to sell it for immediate cash then give me a direct ring. No need for middle man and we would both save the commission though i dont mind if CMY comes in middle to get the deal done.(Its always better option to have an experienced and honest middle man in order to take control of smooth transaction. Any body want to sell 8 marla MB at the cash price i would buy this plot InshahAllah. |

8m phase-6 MB sahib beware of fraud deals in your case as MB commercial 8 marla were sold in market at 50 lacs to 90 lacs profit in past few days.
To date no MB6 was sold under 50 lacs profit. And highest trade was done at 90 lacs profit. People were asking 100 lacs profit two days ago before DHA Lahore confirmed all plots from DHA 1 to 6 will still be transferred fully paid. Due to this full payment factor asking prices came down to 70 to 75 lacs profit on 25.5 lacs down payments made to DHA Lahore. If DHA transfer plots will full payments profit money is bound to come down well under 50 lacs on paid amount within days time.
You must be careful that owners or frauds dont cheat you big time. Any can make a fake NIC and fake bank receipt and collect you 10 to 25 lacs as baina money and disappear. Even some genuine holders are doing deals and than trying to sell plot to multiple parties. Recently DHA 7 MB414 owner of 8 marla sold his plot and now trying to collect advance money from many other people perhaps at higher price of deal. There is a stay order on MB414 of DHA6 8 marla. You have to be very careful not to make any deal with any owner until owner dont have an intimation letter from DHA Lahore. Once an intimation file is made DHA makes a file and when any deal is done your dealer is suppose to do a verification on plot if any stay or deal is pending on this plots. Doing a deal without intimation letter could cause you lot of headache as owner/seller could sell his plot to ten guys and take a ticket for Dubai and live there for ever. He have given 25 lacs to DHA and could collect 1.5 crore and disappear and forget about the plot installments etc.
Never let greed make you so blind that you lose all your life time earning. Please wait to buy any MB commercial of DHA 6 until a transfer and verification on plot can be done from DHA Lahore.
