I am holding an amount of pak rs 3 million and want to invest in DHA LAHORE.Some of my friend advising to invest in DHA 5 EXT as it is going to be a part of phase 5 proper ( as said by him).Irequest you advise on this matter and also pls advise that if i invest now tthe after ballet what would be price of one kanal.
Also pls advise if i can buy a file of phase 5 ext fm you ,what will be the final price and other additional charges,Thanks

Better purchase on file of 1 kanal and one 5 Marla plot in dha9. |

DHA Lahore phase 5 ext one kanal allocation file is available at 28.5 lacs today. Transfer cost is Rs 1.91 lacs paid to DHA and Govt. Development charges will be 10 to 12 lacs. Ballot is expected in Dec 2011. Ready plots could be expected in 2013 to 2014. We believe all DHA5 ext files will be in DHA 5 M block. DHA 5 M block is not attached to DHA 5. It is on other side of Lahore ring road. Lahore ring road separate DHA 5 frm DHA 5 M block. Its a good long term and short term investment. When balloted plots here are expected to be selling between 45 and 65 lacs including development charges.
Now think what other name you will use to post a new question about DHA 5 ext tomorrow. |

Files are not absolutely risk free.In Dha the risk of looting the money is very less but still u never know where ll b exact location.So better to invest in these files where risk is less and that u ll find in dha9 files. |
