Dear CMY,
I have a 1 kanal plot in DHA Phase 7 near 191V and as per the new map the village in sector V is visible and i don't think in future there is any chance that DHA get rid of this village. My plot is not situated in the village. I just want to know that is it a wise decision to hold this plot or sell it and invest in some other blocks.
Please also tell me the current price of my plot.

This plot should be sold and price it can be sold is Rs 48 lacs as its facing park corner.
If I own this plot I will sell it asap an there is no chance of this village going away. |

DHA7 V189 is worth max 40 lacs today. Its better you sell this plot as its too close to village. |
