5 million rupees investment,

I will be visiting Lahore in Septmeber 2011 for 1 month and would like to invest upto 5 million rupees
in property.Please advise.

Better not to invest in private schemes not even in Bahria Towns.The development of their schemes is extremely slow although their advertisements are very very fascinating and charming.

Investment in Wapda Towns is the best investment in every respect.
If you invest 50 lac in any Wapda Town and after some period you wish to withdraw your invested amount ,they never deduct a single penny from your invested amount.

But if you invest same amount in Bahria Towns or other schemes like bahria you will never get same amount back. They will deduct round about 5.0 lacs and return you 45 lacs.See the difference.Instead of giving you profit on investment they deduct your actual amount.

@ Imran Khan.
I have been investing in Bahria town for last two years(up to date) and never ever experienced(or heard from someone) what you mentioned here. Alhamdulillah my investment has always been very safe & sound and whenever I have withdrawn my money, I got the profit.

It seems like you have some personal anger against Bahria town :) If that was the case for investing in Bahria town, then brother CMY would have never advised Bahria town to his visitors in this forum.

I would like to ask CMY to give his wise input in this regard. False speculations can really confuse the investors, specially the overseas investors!

Dear Friends.

I own both residential & commercial plots both in Bahria Lahore & Bahria Rawalpindi. I feel that there is nothing wrong in investing in Bahria Town Projects over all but yes you should analyse & decide in which of the projects you should invest.

can any one of the above ready to by my ivestment in Bahira Town Phase 9 plot for 5 marla and 10 marla.

with already paid 6 instalment i have sold one of 10 marla file for 65% of my paid amount after investing and waiting for 7 years since from 2004.

now the managment says, no plot is there to be allocated .

can any of the above ready to give me my money invested there by purchasing the plot for my [paid amount
