Sir, I have plot in Phase-8 Near U-405. I would like to make house in 3 years. Is any chance there or I should switch to another sector. I am also planing to come Pakistan. Which sector to swith and whats procedure. Waiting of your openion.

U405 is a good location to make a house. You should be able to start a house here in 3 to 4 years at max. No need for making switch. Plot might be deep so you may have to make a basement here.
