I have a plot in Phase-8 Near T-301. I would like to make house in 3 years. do you think its worth to hold it or should I switch over due to location or pits reported by you in phase 8. I am also planning to come Pakistan in August and might visit or talk to you in this regard.

Plot is worth 52 to 54 lacs. Not a top class location for making a house. Its a good location for this price. To make a swtich in good location you will need min 15 to 18 lacs more. I think you should stay with current location.
