Tender opening date is 10 Aug 2011. Few elements are trying to delay this tender.

In I-11/2 u can construct house.
In I-11/2 Possession of 25*40,25*50 (25*60 only 1 to 300 series) Plots is available.
I-11/1 Katchi Abadi issue is not resolved till date.

I have visited I-11, almost all the sector has been converted into illegal graveyard, everywhere you will see this, especially near the area close to roam on I-11/3 side.

supoose the tender is oopened at 10th august then how much time is required for development..

the cureent prices are between 14 to 20 lac for 25*50..

i think this sector will not be vacated from enchroachments. there are thousands of afghans there and timber mafia... if not vacated in the past 20 years then how be vacated in next 4 years.. its a gamble but wise people dont want to take that huge risk....

there are lot of options available elsewhere.. why to loose hard earned money in that high value risks??

Good for short /long term investment.
Purchase only on ground plot where possession is available.
Afghan/Kachi Abadi is only in I-11/1.
No role of Timber Mafia.
Timber Market is legal in I-11 (as per master plan).
On 30*60 plots in I-11/2 u cannot construct house right now.
On 25*40, 25*50, 25*60 plots in I-11/2 u can construct house immediately

Minimum Price for 25*40 plot is 14 lekh.
