Interesting to see they skipped BT RWP Phase 9 which was supposed to be delivered long time ago and there is no sign of development. :)

VERY FUNNY AND IRRITATING. This all they delivered after lot of hue n cry, lot of waiting n last but no the least " AT THE COST OF OUR BLOOD"

we should give poor guy some credit :)
All developers including DHA in Pakistan have delayed the delivery of projects. All slap some additional charges as inflation has been going up every day.
Bahria delivered good quality projects, good living standard, good security. Bahria-9, Bahria did offer exchange w/plots in Ph-8 so there must be a reason why they did that. Quality of living in Bahria is much higher than all others including DHA.

Bussinesses or people should be evaluated on their overall performance & not on one single point.

Prices they mentioned are wrong. I paid 40 Lacs for 8 marla safari home in ISB.

One thing I noticed and i would like to share with every one.
Bahria is making fool of every one.
You just look at the development picture shown for Bahria Enclave Islamabad in this picture and the development shown for Sector D in Lahore, both are same pictures, only the background mountains have been changed.
Please have a look and see, what they are doing with the common people. May Allah show them the right path. Aaameeen.

I am first time commenting in this forum.I do not know why we do not appriciate good things now a days we have a habbit to condem every thing just for nothing. As I have seen since long ago reading about Bahria Town recently I visted Islamabad BAHRIA Town which I feel the best ever develpment in Pakistan.even DHA and Islamabad all sectors.

Dear Friends.

AN examle for your review.

1. I live & work in UAE.

2. I started construction (By a contractor)of my house at Bahria Town Lahore about a year ago & by the grace of Allah (SWT)is now complete in all respects.

3. About 8 months ago I sent an email to Bahria Town Lahore informing them that I would like to buy a small commercial plot to build a commercial plaza for some income in my retired life.

4. On the receipt of my mail Bahria Town customer services representative called to find out what exactly I wanted? I explained that soon, after my retirement, I will be living in BT Lahore. I want to invest in some commercial plot in BT Lahore to build a small plaza for income in my retired life.

5. She sent me list of commercial plots available in commercial area of Sector "C" of BT Lahore with the pricees & payment schedule. I selected a 5 marla plot in the ring on back side of block B for a price of 33+3 (10% extra for facing the park)= 33 Lakh. Sent PRs.300,ooo/- as advance & BT Lahore confirmed my booking.

4. I paid the remaining amount in 4 instalments in 8 months. Some times the payment of instalment was delayed by upto a month but BT Lahore did not make any problem for me.

The 5 marla commercial plot which I bought in 33 Lakh about 8 months back from BT Lahore in Sector "C" sitting in UAE without any problem is now worth 55 to 60 Lakh.

WHAT MORE WE CAN EXPACT FROM A DEVELOPER?

Dear AG, have you got the possession of plot yet?
If yes then congratulations as it is an excellent deal.
If not then expect anything in terms of additional dev charges from them or relocation of your plot to anywhere until you occupy it.

It is an already developed plot & the price includes development charges.
Yes Bahria Town has confirmed that I can take possession at any time because total amount has been paid.

The purpose of my post was to emphasise that Pakistan & Pakistanis are not that bad as we usually blame. All those who curse Pakistan should go and ask Palestinians what does a homeland mean
No individual or a business in this world is perfect. We should rate any business according to its overall performance.
I am not a fan of Malik Riaz or Bahria Town. Other property developmers may be better & we should dare to highlight their merits as well.
