Do you recommend to buy 4 Marla Phase 8 CCA1 at 25-30 Lac profit? Would it be good and profitable for future.

No I dont think it is a good buy. These plots prices are being manipulated by few dealers. There is a great risk profit amount of CCA1 and CCA2 of DHA 8 plots will fall.
Right now rates are being made on 5 or 10 lacs Baina and true picture will come when these plots are ready for transfer. |

If that is the case with phase 8 CCA 1 and 2 then it should also apply to phase 6 MB and other commercial freshly balloted plots and also to phase 9 residential plots and infact to all freshly balloted plots If prices 0f phase 8 can be manipulated gh'\ then why cant those prices not be!???gh'\ |
