Can you please tell how many plots will be there in Phase 5 Ext and what do you recommend about it. Whether, one should buy its file or you recommend to purchase file of Phase 9.
What timeframe we should have in our mind for Phase 5 Ext and for Phase 9.

I thin there will be less than thousand plots in DHA5 ext. I think DHA9 one kanal is better because its cheaper. DHA 5 ext should be ready in 2 to 3 years and DHA9 will be ready in 4 to 5 years.

Only Allah knows. DHA8 development is about to start Sept 2011. |
