I have around 60 lakh for investment. i am thinking to invest in DHA. Dont want phase 7. phase 6 in this money may not catch a good location.
So one option is to buy in phase 8 or invest in pahse 9. Money will be invested for about 5 years.
Kindly give openion. can such amount buy a good location plot in phase 8? what blocks are best in phase 8.
I will be visiting pakistan in november of this year.
