Can any One share the latest Rates of DHA Phase 9. Moreover all viewers are interested to know that why the rates of Phase 9 are increasing day by day...Is this the game of Investers or Expatriates are pouring money into it.....

DHA Lahore phase 9 one kanal allocation file is available at 17.35 to 17.40 lacs.
It for long term investment as short term investors dont take chance to buy due to transfer cost of 1.2 lacs.
Only long term holders are buying these files. After a purchase buy has only 48 hours to transfer file in his name in 99% cases.
