Refund pay orders can be received from the banks where you made deposit. You are required to bring original bank receipt, your original NIC with you to get refund pay order. If you cant come to bank personally please make an authority letter to some one else he should bring in his and your original NIC plus bank receipt to get the refund pay order.
People that made application directly to DHA Lahore by hand in head office should start getting pay order from DHA Lahore office.
Application sent by mail in DHA Lahore office like from other cities or countries will get pay orders to their mailing address on applications.

Dear CMY,
Thanks for the update, my wife applied when she was in Pakistan but know she is back in USA.
Is the letter has to be Original or it can be faxed or Scan Copy. Can her mom can go to the local bank with the receipt & letter to pick the Pay Order or will DHA will mail the Pay Order to USA address as we put the UIA address as a current address. |
