Dear CMY,
i need a one kanal file of DHA 9. Kindly let me know if their is a seller and at what price, 2nd I am in KSA, Can i do it while in KSA or have to come pakistan. If yes for how many days?

You don't need to go to Pakistan for buying a file. You need to send copy of your passport, visa page and ID card to your father, father-in-law or brother. He can contact CMY and buy the file on your behalf. The file would be transferred to your name. This is the beauty of buying a file in DHA. |

But you can not get the file from DHA until you personally visit them and sign the file in front of them. |

Faisal is right but your file would be safe in DHA office. I get my file after 2 years from DHA and it was still safe and sound there.
DHA being so safe is the reason that overseas Pakistani like to invest in DHA. This is why the prices in DHA are high because it is in demand as compared to other societies. |
