DHA FILES HELP NEEDED,

Dear Friends
I highly appreciate if you give your valuable input for my decision. I hard earned and saved 16 lac over a period of 10 years to buy a plot/file in DHA. My options are limited to
PHASE 7 -10 Marla File and
PHASE 8 Park View - 10 Malra File.
Please note that i need atleast 10 more years to save money to build my house.

Same situation with me . I boght Park View - 10 Malra File at 23.00 Lacs. Almost 04 years gone and still waiting for any news.

Dear Mr Imran Anwar if you want to make your own home, try to find a 7-8 marla ready to build plot.

Files are like juwa " Risk" , you can get plot on a good or bad location and then , development time and charges can vary.

So let people with a lot of money play "juwa". If its your hard earn money invest in a plot thats ready for you.

Brother Imran, Your both choices are not suits you at all. Try DHA 9 One Kanal for 10 year timeframe.

Bhai Sahib you can get a 10 marla on the ground plot in Bahria Town Lahore Sector "C" in your budget. You will have no problem of Qabza Groups, Waiting for Balloting, Worrying about location of plot, Load Shedding, Water supply etc except that Bahria may ask you to start construction of your house in about 5 years from now. In that I would suggest that you pool all of your resouces & build your house some how or the other.

Then, my friend, you & your family will live in peace for ever.
