Two Bedroom Apartment - DHA or Bahria Town Islamabad,

Dear Friends,

I am interested to buy two bedroom apartment in DHA or Bahria two in Islamabad. The reason for buying in these areas is that they are fee from Qabza groups.

I would most appreciate comments and input from CMY and other friends.

I would like to suggest you may buy a 5-marla, two bed room house in safari valley phase 8 Bahria town. You will have your own roof and your own land with small lawn in front and a drive way to park your car. The price for the two room house is around 30 Lacs. It includes the following:

1) Two bedrooms.
2) Two attach bathrooms.
3) One living room.
4) One kitchen.

I live overseas and I asking for this as a holiday home to live on my visits to Pakistan. Another problem that I can see is how to look after the house while away I mean security of house, paying bills etc. Will I need to keep a watchman or if there is anyother way. I will be very grateful for the suggestions.

Salam ZM,
For your above mentioned concerns Bahria Safari home (5-marla, 2-bedroom with attach bathrooms) will be the best. You just need to inform Bahria management when not in Pakistan, they take care of its security. It cost you 1000 pak rupees monthly.

My house at Bahria Town Lahore has just been completed & I have the same problem brother ZM. Do Bahria have the same facility of taking care of houses in Bahria Town like Safari Villas. If yes then this will be a big relief for me because I am keeping a guard which is really expensive.
