Dear CMY,
What's the worth of G-479 in Phase 6 today? I've purchased it for the construction of Dream Home inshaAllah. It's near to Jamia Mosque, Stadium ground, and have access from Avenue 2.
I would like to know that how many homes are being constructed in G block as of today? And what will be its position after an year with respect to more homes in neighborhood?
Do you recommend to start constructing home here today? or switch to other occupied sectors like B, C, H?

G is the centre block of phase 6 a good block u should hold this plot for your dream house |

G479 of DHA6 is worth 78 to 80 lacs. Its a good location to make a house. Over a dozen houses are under construction near this plot. You could start constructing your house today on this plot.
