go for sector c if installment is not the issue

It will be a good investment IF Bahria give the possession as committed (within 8 months), otherwise go for developed possessioned plot. One in hand is better than many in the air.

paki yaar price kaya puch tay ho bt nay to possession is ka 4 years kay bad dayna hai, you know the place they have stared to develop next to gulmeher and chimbeli block they are saying is sector d is infact new cuttings of gulmehar, priced at 24-28 lacs per 10 marla on an 80ft road.
