I am sure this is a fraud scheme as things are clear, same price for all plots and one marla shop free with five marla cash. Be careful friends and try to avoid such a post.

I dont think we should judge anyone's intentions based on their looks, we have some cabinet members who sport that look. Having said that, from the description, its highly probable that its a fraud. "Pahlay aaiay pehlay paiaay" realy? that was a tired phrase in the 80s, cant believe someone is using it in 2011.

I think that the rates in those areas (like Moriday or MonuAbad) are very low. Though they didn't mention their exact location. But it seems that they could provide plots in such low rates, if that is near Moridkay. But one thing can be considered as doubtful, that in case of advance payment, they will also discard development charges, along with 1 free shop and main road facing plot. :O. Anyway, if they are also giving registry then at least it can be considered as somewhat secure, which also proves that they have at least land with them. :)

Dear Friends.

The discussion, by different friends, in this post clearly highlight the need for LDA to put in place requirements, like CDA have for Islamabad, for approval & advertisement of a new housing scheme in the jurisdiction of Lahore Development Authority.

LDA should also have its website where people may check the status of any housing scheme.

This is the only way of safegarding hard earned life savings of people who are already struggling to meet their day to day requirements of life.

the area is not under jurisdiction of Lahore. it falls under Sheikhupura district. moreover due to huge chemical factories in the area under ground water is polluted and population of area is already having big health related problems.

Very good information sir. The purpose of my above post was to emphasize that relavant Municipal authorities should have laws & mechanism in place to inform/warn people about any problem/irregularities/dangers about all housing schemes in their jurisdiction.
