Gulberg Islamabad management has published tender ad in today's daily Jang for the procurement of power equipment (power cables, pad mounted transformers, LT DB etc.)

This is a good news for Gulberg allottees as this news confirms development pace is good.

Procurement of material is the crux stage. Installation, testing commissioing of distribution network should not take long. One can expect this whole activity to finish by the end of 2012 which is indeed good provided it so happens.

Also society office had a meeting last week regarding water supply system. Their survey team has declared ample supply of water underground as this whole land was agriculture land. Beside that, plan is to draw a supply line from highway as well. With current pace, we hope society will be ready for possession by mid 2013.

Society has sold off all residential plots to IB employees. You can get a plot from open market easily.
