What is the current status fo NFC phase 2 and Sui Gas Phase 2 ? Which housing society is better between these two ? And for how long are these investments for ?

Both NFC2 and Sui Gas 2 are good safe investments. Both schemes have land and are having development work on ground. Both schemes are slow in their development. Location wise NFC2 is much better as it has direct approach from Multan road and Canal Bank road. Sui Gas 2 is located next to AWT2 and under Bahria Town next to NFC2.
