Main problem is disks dislocation pinching spinal cord. Main reason is over weight plus Rheumatoid arthritis mainly due to sitting on same chair for long long hours. Having phiscal therapy and trying to reduce the weight.

Dear CMY, I was also same problem in 2001, my job is also every time sitting on same chair.

I saw many Dr at Karachi but i get relief only from Physio Therapy, home exercises and cautioned advised by Drs.

One advise for you: One care is very important not sit continue more than 30 minutes , after this just walk in office for a min only. Insha Allah you will get relief permanently

Dear CMY,IF you have lumber disc protrusion causing spinal stenosis(pinching)and it is causing pain it can be relieved by pain killers and physiotherapy BUT if it is causing weakness in legs better to consult neurosurgeon as soon as possible.one choice is DR HAMEED (ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR AND HEAD OF NEUROSURGURy DEPTT. JINNAH HOSPITAL LHR).HE is sitting privately in Defence Hospital.please follow neurosurgeon opinion only.my father suffered this problem and had miserable life(having severe pain on walking and while standing from sitting) but was operated last year and feeling much relieved i.e can walk and pray(PAINFREE)now.GOD BLESS YOU
