What's the difference between buying a plot n buying a plot file???
I saw prices here fir dha phase 7 n 8 files but I am not sure if i should go for it as it says file n not plot.
What's the risk with buying file?????

Mr. Naveed ... it is always better to do some research/work (and not be a lazy). After reading few discussion topics you'll understand what does file mean. |

I agree with Nadeem and will add that if you are so much unaware about real estate that you dont know the difference between file and plot, its better to do some more research before you invest your hard earned money. |

I appreciate you very comprehensive and elaborated reply regarding any venture in the new property project. I somehow applied the same rule of thumb recently when Bahria launched Bahria Enclave project in Islamabad. In past I had invested in Bahria Phase 9 project and albeit all payments were made long back I still didn't get the possession of plot. Applying same rule as you discussed “if they didn't give possession of plot for fully payed money then how can I trust them to deliver me a plot on installments”.
Thank you for your advice and guidance regarding investment matter it’s kind of beacon for us (overseas Pakistanis). |

hi there i am thinking of buying a plot in phase 7....going through some of the disscussion here ...can u plz tell which block is the good investment and what kind of price should i pay for both i kanal and 10 marla plots...anythanks. |
