hi cmy and everybody
i have a plot in phase 6 sector c near plot is 306.
i want to contruct a HOUSE KINDLY GUIDE kindly guide me the construction price of house like the picture above.
another thing is that i want to have a small garden in my house so i want to leave 25 foot infront of house is it appropriate as i visited several houses in phase 5 and phase 6 their is trend to leave just 15 foot space infront of building

Your plot location is very good. Nothing to worry about location. You can leave as much space in front as you want. Min is 15.5 feet. I have left 25 feet for a lush green lawn and enjoy the nice view every morning when I leave my house for job.
You will need min Rs 1600 per Sq ft to construct a house like in picture above. Above house have 7 beds and have covered area above 5200. So you will need 83 lacs for a house like above picture.
