Difficult to asses rates after tender and before start of work.
It looks that oil is explored in I-11.
Real estate agents are requested to comment on real value of these plots.
Location wise all plots are good except 842. 202 is in wide street. |

Is plot 83 location wisw good and is it in the wide street or narrow street? Its 25x60.
WHat about 30x60 plot right behind the timber.are they still having issue with NAB or cleared? i am interested to buy 30x60.Please advise. |

i want to tel you that tender is challenged in the court and now the people will face another long delay....... so no chance of work starting...

Plot 83 I-11/2 location is good.It is in 30 feet wide street. U can see on ground it is level or not.
CDA will transfer plot only if plot is clear.
30*60 plots area is best area of sector ask seller to produce NDC or confirm from concerned branch that plot is clear or court case etc.
As per my info issue with NAB is clear.
