Is therey any possibility to built house in dha lahore phase 6 sector J through ur firm between the price range of 1100 to 1300 squrefit, for average or B class house.

I am sorry under Rs 1450 its simply not possible for us to build a house for you in DHA6 as We will never compromise on structure and A class construction.
In DHA Lahore doing any construction under A class is not recommended.

One kanal with out basement Rs 70 to 90 lacs based on what you put in there.
One kanal with basement Rs 100 to 120 lacs based on what you put in there. |
