Dear CMY Sb,
Please guide which is the good investment for the next 3-4 years in Lahore apart from DHA phase 9 kanal. I have budget of around 5 million which can be extended up to 6m, if he opportunity is a good one.

Buy a plot in DHA 7 or DHA 8. Buy soon as prices may gain 5 to 10 lacs more after Eid.
Buyers and Buyers every where and hardly any committed sellers. Money is coming to property market from Karachi to Lahore in big way. People also dont trust dollar any more so not parking money there. People are afraid to invest in Gold after scary rises recently. Stock market is also very high and smart money from there is also being invested in Lahore Real Estate market. Healthy buying from long term holders. People know

Be careful in anything you do right now ... I agree with CMY but be cautious too ... we have seen earlier also that masoom laee lug Pakistani awaam whenever puts money anywhere the "bigger mafia" just wipes it out ... so think before u invest now in real estate and follow the age old adage " don't put all your eggs in one basket " ... and out of "hirrss" (greed) don't ruin your halal hard earned money to make it double in a night !!!
