Currently possession is not available. Profit price is expected to fall to only 25 to 30 lacs on paid amount as plots are transferred on full cash payment only. I dont see a single buyer willing to pay even 2 crore for these non ready plots yet.
When these MB facing 8 marla were expected to transfer in installments there were buyers at even 90 to 100 lacs profit on paid amount but now that profit have disappeared very fast. There are multiple desperate sellers at 50 to 60 lacs profit on paid amount.

Thanks for your comments....If the profit falls to 20 lacs in future or may be less please give me a call....if you have any availability....at 8 marla facing MB with full payment...do you recomend i should wait until dec 2011 to see the next ballot? ...As you mentioned before that FR may be less asking price in next ballot? |
