AOA CMY sahib want to know the construction cost of 4 M plaza in dha commercial.how many levels are allowed and how long it take to complete it.thanks and regards.

You need min one crore for 4m comm in DHA phase 6. You can make it max 72 feet high.There are more than dozen commercial plaza under construction in DHA Lahore phase 5. About 450 to 500 houses under construction or completed with over 150 families living inside these houses.
