We have plots available on main at this price of 170 lacs. On main back rate of two kanal is Rs 210 lacs. People hate to buy a two kanal on main in DHA phase 1 due to just too much noise dust and petrol pollution.
If you are going to buy here its not good investment dont buy it. You have seen most gain here already.
