I am looking for a 4M commercial plot in either Phase 6 Or 8. Which one would be better choice.
Do you know the cost of 4M in phase 6 in either CCA or MB for a good location. Thanks

We have DHA8 CCA1 4 marla new booking at 125 lacs (95 lacs price + 30 lacs profit on non developed commercial plots.
We also have MB234 ready for possession today at at asking price of 140 lacs ( Price is negotiable ).
We think DHA6 6 MB 4 Marla will be much better than CCA8.
