Lahore Real Estate has many buyers at 30 lacs per kanal and unable to find any single executive lodge for them at 30 lacs. No sellers under 32 to 35 lacs. if you find a plot at 25 lacs sell it to us at 30 lacs per kanal before transfer to make 5 lacs per kanal profit.
Please do check market rates from other dealers too as nothing is available at 25 lacs per kanal in executive lodges. Even 10 marla in this area sell at 25 lacs these days.
