i want to take guidance from you that what sector of CDA is in less cost and have good future in next 1-2 years as living wise....???
as many people can not affoard millions but have a desire to live in CDA.
2nd question is this that which one has bright future with less cost in zone -5,among
Soan garden,
CBR town
River garden
in 2-3 years time

Daer Mukhtar, I think sector G-13 is the only CDA sector which is developing very quickly and all the basic necessaries are available over there. A proper CDA sector with the potential of good returns in very economical cost. Regards |

Why not try Anchorage where you can get very good deal in a very secure and scenic area. The Scheme is Pakistan Navy Specially developed housing scheme for its officers. |
