I called DHA and enquired the same about Intimation letters, returning of payments to un-successful applicants and transfer of newly ballott plots. The answers are as below:
1-Intimation letters preparation is in progress. It will take further Three to Four Weeks to deliver the same to successful applicants.
2-The payment to un-succesful applicants is in progress and will be in full swing after Three weeks.
3- As rumours here that newly ballot plots will be transferred only after full payments is not true and confirmed. In general, as per DHA, the full payment is required before transfer for READY TO CONSTRUCT plots for which posession is available. For plots, which are not ready for posession, those will not require full payment before transfer(like Commercial Plots on MB of Phase -VI which are not yet fully developed). Further, the same conditions will also be mentioned in the intimation letters.
