As per info obtained from CDA IBD, the total number of Applications for Park Enclave is about lesser than(about 100 in numbers) the availabale plots. So it is very much certain that all the applicats(Fortunately or Un-fortunately) will get the plots. The appointment of the staff for Balloting has not been done and it is in progress. Still there is no certain date for Balloting but it is certain that it will take time as the data of the applicants is not sorted out and finalized yet and it is in progress.
We can requests the friends from IBD like Mr. Atiq Raja to give their views about this CDA Park Enclave about its future and current market value, location, the area and development. We expect that the friends from IBD will give some time to the brothers who have applied for these CDA Park Enclave plots.

CDA has absolutely no legitimate base to go for Enclave project when CDA’s 22 year old projects are still in limbo.
CDA has committed moral economic and ethical crime with all those who have bought plots in these sectors to make their dreams home.
CDA’s ‘intentions” are seriously doubtful. All involved parties must be penalized. |

Park Enclave got setback on announcement of Bahria Enclave which was half of Park Enclave price. Therefore, in my opinion, Bahria Enclave may be successful. |

When are the plot numbers going to be announced ? It's been a month since the deadline date for balloting was supposed to be held. And how can one get the money refunded ? Wats the procedure? If cda is taking such a laid back approach and attitude, I'm not interested in the venture anymore |

Politicians are pushing chairman CDA to get the plots in Park Enclave. Now the danger is CDA raise fund from genuine allotees and spend on acquiring new land or development of scheme for MPA, MNA and others currupt politicans. |
