JUST FOR THE KNOWLEDGE OF PARK VIEW FILE HOLDERS.
Case # 6161-10,humaira najmi vs dha is a different case as i checked, it is about gift property that a judge gave to his daughter in park view and dha put tax on it.so its not from PARK VIEW FILE HOLDERS.if some one can tell the case # i'll be very thank full.CMY sahib plz help.just wano know the case number to get UPDATES about Park view.BEST REGARDS AND THANKS.

Whatever the case # is, I would not expect a decision from court to do the balloting on so & so date. I think DHA has already submitted in the Court that they are willing. But may have linked it with land development issues which they are trying to resolve. I personally think that after development starts in Phase VIII, then there can be some progress. I am also holding one file of ParkView and since i can hold it for another one year, i am going to give it a try (since the loss is huge on immediate sale). |

We dont know of any court case pending in court for Parkview files. Some one may have filed a case about its ballot but we are not aware of it or case number etc.
