Price assessment
I have house in St 34 F10/1 Isbd with a plot size of 556 sq yds. The has a basement and 6 bedrooms and is presently rented out for over Rs120000/00. I want to now sell it. What would be its rough market value?
I have an allocation file of Ph 9 DHA lahore which I had purchased years ago at Rs 34 Lacs. How will I know that it has been included in ballot and what do I have to do till then. Any advise in this respect from Ch Sahib would be welcome.

If you have an allocation letter and you have paid membership fee ( 23000 or 37000 ) than you have every thing ready to be in ballot. You are going to have a plot. only a plot number will be allotted to you.

Thanks Ch Sahib. What is its value expected in 1 months time taking into account all market factors? Should I wait for the ballot or sell it now?
Any help for the house in F10 sector above? Can you recommend some reliable and honest Real Estate agent or should I give an advertisement myself? |

As most of these files were bought using old ID cards, we need to update records with DHA with new CNIC? Thanks |

Khalid bhai you dont need to update NIC no. You plot will be alloted against the file number.
