Dear Adil,
I am looking to buy a house in safari villas, as i am coming back to pakistan next month. However , i am confused after reading the above add, as previously 8 marla houses were advertised on this website between 40-50 lacs range, but now even 5 marla is 42 lacs. Would you please explain , if the prices has gown up OR am i misisng any key point.
