I may be wrong but I think the asking price of 1 Crore 40 Lakh is too much for a 10 marla house. What would be your last and final price?

@ CMY and others knowledgeable brothers

I request brother CMY and other experienced brothers to please tell us what is the reasonable worth or price range for this 10 marla house. I am interested in buying a 10 Marla or 1 Kanal house but do not want to pay too much. On the other hand I also do not want to miss a good opportunity by offering too much lower than the actual worth as I am reasonable persom and understand that recently construction cost has gone up a lot but how much I am not sure.

Please help as I am seriously interested to buy a dream home for my family.
