I have got a 5-marla plot near 1907-D in Balloting.I am in Government job. I am planning to build a small house for rental purpose on it after possession so that i can get monthly rental income. But some family members are advising me to dispose it on good profit and get a file of 1-kanal in phase-9 after adding additional amount in it.
We have decided to take your expert advice in this matter. Please advise us.

instead of phase 9, why not to go for parkview.definitly the completion time of parkview is less and currently the price is very much same.take your own decision,but do take unbiased opinions.Take care. |

Parkview land is not available yet. Need very long time to solve land issue. Only when DHA buys land DHA can think about Parkview files ballot.
No one DHA Lahore is willing to tell you where these files will be allotted because they dont have free land for Parkview files any where. Not even in DHA 9,
I believe either DHA dont have will or not enough funds to purchase land for these files.
