Can some one please guide me if I have budget of 52 lacs and i want to buy a 1 kanal plot in d.h.a,which phase will suit me as i need to build my house in 6 months or so.so i need possession plot.i can compromise on location and a deep plot too,because i need to build a huge basement.Dear CMY PLZ GUIDE.THANKS A LOT.

Please call Hassan Raza of Lahore Real Estate at 03224009967 to find you a plot in E Block or N block of DHA6. Today I saw 5 new house started in even in E block of DHA 6.
My request to you dont make a basement. Cost too much to build but not used by most Pakistani females and kids :) these days.
