I have 2 M sector shop plot in V block Phase 8. Plot number is 16. Could you please check if it is a good location and what shall be the worth after 5 years. Also please let me know exact location of plot. Map on DHA site is not clear (because of low resolution). Is this plot near 19.5K park on RESERVED AREA side? or near 49.5K Park.
Further, what is maximum construction hight for sector shop in phase Viii and is basement allowed?
I am living abroad so can not visit the location in person.

very good location of phase 8 ,sector shops are now getting very hot as fast food restaurants are opened in these areas. yes you can build basement with 5 floors . ideal design is to built a shop with basement and then 3 apartments . |

Thank you for reply. Can you please tell the location of shop, is it near 19 K park or near 49 K park of V block because in V block there are two areas of sector shops.
