Can you Please send me map of I-11/2? Also Inform that whats the price of 30x60 Plots in I11/2 and advise if there is no problem to buy this plot as NDC is cleared as you said. Thanks waiting for your reply Pls.

NDC ( valid for 60 days only) is only issued when plot is ready for transfer. If fresh NDC is issued then no problem go ahead.
Search MAP on line at LRE, forces estate etc. If u cannot find plots of 30*60 in I-11/2 map then Search I-11/3 map . In few maps 30*60 plots are shown in I-11/3.
Before tender price was 25-26 now 30 plus.
Note:- Possession of 30*60 plots area for construction of house is not available right now. |

so I -11 is put5 yearsback atleast
