Salaam to all respctable users of this forum.
I am bit confuse and i want an opinion regarding following three options to decide the purchase of a plot/house.
These are three options all are in Ali Park Badian Road Lahore.
1 - 4.25 Marla plot, 20 feet front .. 15 feet street @2.35 lac per marla (street has no sewerageyet).
2 - 5 Marla plot, 28 feet front, 25 feet street @2.75 lac per marla (street with sewerage)
3- 5.5 marla house, single story, cover area is 4 marla 1bet drwaing, kitchen garage, 30 feet street without sewerage. @ 25 lacs.
I have to decide on of these three. Which one is better i need a sincere opinion.

Dear Sir.
Go for item #02. Sewerage is extremly inportant for healthy living. 28 ft. front for a 5 marla plot is very good. Get your house designed by some architect. If your budget does not allow go for construction of only ground floor in the first instance.

Thanks for the advise, There is an other point and i would like you to comment again after knowing that
My budget is low actually around 20 lacs. If i go option 1 i can start construction. Buying option 2 plot will leave me only 5 lacs. I know it is hard to make even a single story house in 5 lac budget. The option 1 and 3 sewerage issue I hope will be solved in few months. I have to wait may be an year to start construction on 5 marla plot. do you still feel that i should go for option 2 and not for option 1.
